| How do I know I'll be paid? |
| We use a third-party billing service. The company, Internet Billing Service, is easily the most well-known and respected processing company out there. They cut checks like clockwork. Please note one thing, however: they are not currently set up to pay advertisers for Web900 referrals. This means that if someone is referred by you and they sign up by using the 900 number option, you don't get credit for the signup even though they came from your website. This is not as bad as it sounds, however. |
| Why not? |
| Because phone charges
account for only a small percentage of our signups; the vast majority of
signups are via credit card, with a few by electronic check (which you do
receive credit for). 900 number signups are only allowed for US customers.
And more importantly, by law nobody can rebill a telephone charge, so there is no residual income from a 900 number signup. It's really a very small segment of our overall income. Once they get set up to issue credit to advertisers for phone charges, we will of course offer that to you. |
| How do I keep track of how many members I've referred? |
| Ibill keeps the sales stats online, plus a number of other accounting functions. The system is "Rock Solid" and you have 24X7 access to your statistics. |
| How often am I paid? |
| Payday is twice per month. Checks are mailed out by Internet Billing Service on the 8th and the 22nd of every month. |
